Bison Turf Equipment is entering its 39th year servicing the outdoor power equipment needs of Western New York. With another coming in the near future, we currently have three locations where we sell and service all types of grounds care equipment including mowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, snowblowers, snowplows, tractors, and more. Most importantly, we believe in service after the sale and are committed to doing that with our factory trained technicians and robust parts inventory.

Duties:
- Manage and provide content for the companies, social media pages
- Assist management with marketing efforts
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing recommendations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Process parts orders and handle transactions with customers
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance
- Keep the parts department clean and organized
Requirements:
- Knowledge of marketing, social media campaigns, and previous social media experience
- Good command of the English language
- Strong knowledge of parts, and parts breakdowns / schematics including engine parts, hydraulic parts, and other mechanical components
-Strong knowledge of repair and service terms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts inventory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records
Social media / marketing experience is a must.
Note: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude.
