Our approach is simple, but effective. We believe in hard work, a collaborative effort, and a playful therapeutic environment. No Limits Therapy provides individualized pediatric occupational therapy services within the home and school settings.
Position Overview
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat children with a variety of developmental, sensory, physical, and functional needs. This role is primarily mobile/community-based, providing services in schools and some home environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to pediatric clients
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor client progress and update goals as needed
- Educate caregivers on strategies to support carryover at home and school
- Travel between treatment locations within the assigned area
Qualifications
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
- NBCOT certification required
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
