As an Enrollment Associate, you will connect with customers, explain LeafGuard solutions, and help homeowners choose the right system for their property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning sales, and helping customers find practical solutions.
Responsibilities of an Enrollment Associate include
- Engage with customers and introduce LeafGuard gutter protection systems
- Conduct simple product presentations and answer customer questions
- Identify homeowner needs and recommend solutions through professional sales conversations
- Follow up with potential customers to support the sales process
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Work toward daily and weekly sales goals with the team
