We’re on the hunt for a Licensed Salon Manager to spearhead our dynamic team in Kent, OH. This salon is absolutely on fire and needs YOU to keep it roaring!
What You’ll Do:
We know your primary passion lies in cutting hair and serving your clients. This combined with your leadership skills, talent and work ethic have paved the way for a leadership journey for you in this industry.
The Salon Manager role is a perfect balance of floor time (90%) and administrative responsibilities (10%). You’ll create the salon schedule, on-board and train new team members, communicate important announcements and reminders to your crew and ensure your salon is always looking clean and organized.
