Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic and inviting space
- Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces spotless and safe for guests and staff
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and floor scrubbers effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
