- Service and test fire alarm and life safety systems.

Perform scheduled or routine preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems.

Complete within assigned hours in a manner that reduces emergency calls and results in achieving zero callbacks.

Work assignments are to be performed in a safe manner and within specified cost limits.

Conduct regular inspections and functional tests of fire sprinkler systems, including control panels, initiating devices, notification appliances, and auxiliary equipment.

Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure systems are operational.

Accurately complete inspection reports, documenting findings, deficiencies, and recommendations in compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations.

Provide customers with clear explanations of inspection results and corrective actions needed.

Collaborate with service teams to address and resolve system issues identified during inspections.

Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are maintained and properly stored.

Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service.

Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1+ years experience in a technical environment

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, follow directions and meet deadlines.

Must be flexible with working hours and be willing to be part of an on-call rotation.

Report to assigned job site location on time, as directed.

Maintain and properly store tools, materials, and equipment.
