As a Program Staff Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and support to a team delivering critical Support & Stabilization Services to children, youth, and families. This role combines staff supervision, program coordination, quality assurance, and occasional direct service to ensure families receive compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.

Work-Life Balance:
Lead and Develop Staff
Supervise, coach, and mentor Bachelor's-level and paraprofessional direct service staff.
Provide regular supervision, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Review documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Support onboarding, training, evaluations, and staff retention initiatives.
Collaborate with program leadership to address performance concerns and foster a positive team culture.
Coordinate Program Operations
Assist with case assignments and ensure timely responses to referrals.
Maintain staffing schedules to meet the needs of children and families.
Support team meetings, case reviews, and cross-program collaboration.
Help ensure services meet agency standards and DCF Support & Stabilization requirements.
Ensure Quality & Compliance
Monitor compliance with agency policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, and utilization reviews.
Track service outcomes and promote continuous program improvement.
Ensure staff maintain required trainings and certifications.
Build Community Partnerships
Collaborate with DCF, schools, healthcare providers, Area Lead Agencies, and community organizations.
Represent the program at meetings, trainings, and provider forums.
Strengthen coordination across child-serving systems.
Provide Direct Support When Needed
Step in to provide direct services during staffing needs or complex situations.
Assist families with engagement, service planning, care coordination, and stabilization.
Support staff working with high-risk or challenging cases.
