Bilingual Construction Apprentice / Material Runner

BA Kitchen and Bath Design is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Construction Apprentice to support our remodeling and installation operations.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn the kitchen and bath remodeling industry while gaining hands-on experience in construction, material handling, deliveries, job-site preparation, and general project support.
Previous construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, takes direction well, works safely, and is eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers, and other team members with daily job-site tasks.
- Pick up and deliver materials, supplies, fixtures, tools, and equipment from vendors and suppliers.
- Transport materials safely between the company location, suppliers, and residential or commercial job sites.
- Help load, unload, organize, and secure cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, tools, and other remodeling materials.
- Assist with job-site preparation, cleanup, demolition support, and basic construction tasks.
- Verify materials against purchase orders, delivery tickets, and project instructions.
- Inspect materials for visible damage and report missing or incorrect items.
- Maintain organized records of deliveries, pickups, receipts, and assigned tasks.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, storage areas, and job sites.
- Communicate with project managers, office staff, vendors, installers, and customers as needed.
- Follow all company procedures and job-site safety requirements.
- Perform additional errands and operational support tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Interest in learning construction, remodeling
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles, trucks, or vans.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use GPS navigation and smartphone applications.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, delivery, warehousing, maintenance, or general labor is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and walking.
- Ability to safely load, secure, move, and transport materials.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical work at residential job sites.
