Wellesley Family care is a thriving primary care practice based in Needham, Massachusetts. We are a private (independent) practice affiliated with Mass General Brigham with a focus on individualized evidence-based care for the whole family. We also highly value teamwork and collaboration and have built a team culture of safety, competence and fun. We currently have 22 primary care providers on our team and are seeking top quality, experienced primary care nurse practitioners to join our growing team. Pay: FTE $180,000.00 - $240,000.00* per year *including bonus
The Role:
As a key member of the clinical team, the Nurse Practitioner will manage their own patient panel and provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to patients.
