About the Role
As a Field Service Technician specializing in CNC systems, you will be the primary technical expert responsible for ensuring peak performance of advanced manufacturing equipment. You will drive customer success by performing complex installations, precision repairs, and proactive maintenance on a diverse range of multi-axis machinery.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive installations and commissioning of high-precision CNC milling and turning centers.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical failures to minimize customer downtime.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend the operational lifespan of critical production assets.

Provide technical guidance and operational training to clients to optimize their machine utilization.

Maintain detailed service documentation and project records to ensure high-quality support standards.

Manage end-to-end service cases, taking full ownership of technical outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of CNC machinery.

Proficiency in troubleshooting 3-5 axis VMC and lathe systems.

Strong background in motor repair, spindle maintenance, and electrical diagnostics.

Ability to perform machine setup, calibration, and changeover procedures.

Experience with Swiss-style lathes and advanced multi-axis configurations.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication and sales support.

Demonstrated ability to create and implement robust preventive maintenance plans.
