BrightStar Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric home care case in the Bronx.
This is a one-on-one nursing assignment supporting a pediatric patient in the home setting. We are seeking a dependable nurse who values consistency, compassionate care, and building strong relationships with both the patient and family.
Available Shifts:
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Saturday & Sunday
- 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Multiple shifts available each week.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform G-tube care and feedings as required
- Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team and family
Requirements Required
- Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
Preferred
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Home care experience
- G-tube experience
- Experience providing one-on-one skilled nursing care
