Job Summary
Albert Marquis Hospitality Group is seeking professional and enthusiastic Servers to join our front-of-house teams. With concepts ranging from modern American cuisine (Table 128) to Mediterranean-inspired wood-fired dining (Hugo’s Wood-Fired Kitchen), this role offers the chance to provide memorable dining experiences at some of Des Moines’ most distinctive restaurants.

Albert Marquis Hospitality Group proudly operates two acclaimed restaurants:
- Table 128 – A modern American restaurant in Gray’s Landing, known for its seasonal menus, Chef’s Tasting Menu, and curated wine program.
- Hugo’s Wood-Fired Kitchen – A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant featuring artisan pizzas, small plates, and entrées influenced by Italy, Lebanon, and Turkey.
Both restaurants are chef-driven, locally owned, and committed to creating meaningful guest connections.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide detailed food and beverage knowledge
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely, polished service
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive hospitality throughout service
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables and side stations
- Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Prior serving experience in a restaurant setting preferred (fine dining or polished casual a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Guest-focused, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4.35 - $70.00 per hour
