Report directly to the Medical Services Director.

Provide medical care to clients as directed by the Medical Services Director, including Medicaid confirmation, pregnancy testing, sonography, and STI testing.

Ensure thorough documentation and patient confidentiality are maintained at all times.

Participate in continuous professional education and training to ensure up-to-date medical practices.

Assist in the coordination of patient services with other team members.

Support patients and their families by providing information, education, and reassurance.

Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for reactions or side effects.

Prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure necessary stock levels are maintained.

Attend staff meetings, in-service training, and other professional sessions as required.

Represent the Ministry at public events, engaging with the community to foster awareness and support for our services.

Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours, to accommodate the clinic’s schedule and special events such as Board meetings.

Hold a current unrestricted Staff Nurse license.

Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or higher with at least two years of experience in the medical field.

Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills.

Exhibit a compassionate and caring nature.

Proficient in MS Office and show general computer aptitude.

Typically will work in a clinic/office environment, but must be willing to visit other non-standard workplaces as dictated by the ministry's mission.
