Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments, supervising behavior intervention programs, and collaborating closely with families to promote meaningful progress. Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate intake processes for new clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of each individual's needs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to facilitate consistency across environments such as home, school, and community settings
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and ensure accurate documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with medical terminology standards
- Support clients through autism spectrum disorders (ASD) support services, behavioral health interventions, and diagnostic evaluations
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods
- Proficiency in data collection tools, medical documentation practices, and medical records management
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health and patient care settings
- Experience working in home-based behavioral programs as well as school environments with children with disabilities
- Ability to perform comprehensive client communication, including intake procedures and ongoing progress updates
- Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA), diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral intervention planning
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
