Position Summary:
Mobilize potential Pioneers missionaries by coordinating recruitment efforts and traveling to connect and follow-up with candidates, churches, and colleges from initial contact to the point of application.

Has an entrepreneurial spirit which enjoys motivating others and completing large projects

College degree preferred, but not required

Overseas missionary experience highly encouraged
Responsibilities:

Develop & maintain financial support base
-
Coordinate recruitment opportunities, including seeking out speaking opportunities, representatives and recording expenses for the events
-
Travel to recruitment venues and represent Pioneers, which may include speaking engagements and/or hosting events and seminars, one-on-one meetings, and booth time

Assist in the coordination of the Recruitment Travel Schedule

Serve the mobilization base and field workers to equip and prepare them for recruiting and travel
-
Mobilize appointees, missionaries on Home Assignment, and Edge/Venture alumni on campuses to represent Pioneers at local and regional conferences, and as campus mobilizers including coordination of sending them necessary materials and coordinating conference registration

Maintain Mobilization displays and literature

Develops and maintains partnerships with ministry leaders/college professors

Maintain an understanding of field teams and current needs, communicating with field works as needed
-
Organize and conduct Base tours
-
Support and encourage base staff in the shared goal of Mobilizing the Church within the U.S.

Coordinate media profiles and content with the Marketing Team
-
Be the subject of and help create media for the purposes of representing Pioneers and mobilizing Christians in the United States
-
Be an active member of a bible-teaching, convictionally evangelical church
-
Oversee all recruitment opportunities in your area
-
Maintain regular contact with the Director of Recruitment and Recruitment Event Coordinator

Ability to travel frequently travel across the US and around the Globe

Pray daily for the Pioneers staff, new laborers and the prospects you are coaching

Physical Demands:

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions, and often outside.

Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.

This role requires extended hours and multiple days of standing in front of a booth or in front of people talking to people for extended hours on end, in multiple environments.

Vision: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.

Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.

Must be able to conduct long phone/skype conversations

This position requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
