We are seeking a skilled, experienced HVAC Technician who can work independently in the field/ This role is ideal for a technician who knows how to diagnose, repair, and communicate confidently with customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform maintenance, tune‑ups, and system evaluations
- Install and replace furnaces, boilers, condensers, heat pumps, and ductless units
- Manage jobs independently, including customer communication and documentation
- Maintain a professional, clean, and safe work environment
- Coordinate with office staff when additional parts, materials, or follow‑up visits are needed
- 3+ years HVAC field experience required
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
