Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc, a 43 year old Professional Search and Recruiting firm, has partnered with a northern Dayton client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Custom Automation Engineer.
Mechanical Design
- Creation of complete mechanical design packages using SolidWorks.
- Capable and comfortable self-managing complex mechanical designs: automation
- equipment, robotic weld fixture tooling, assembly equipment, test equipment, etc.
- Adheres to all FDI and client design standards.
- Supports manufacturing during the assembly and debugging of their projects.
Background
- Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience designing custom automation equipment. Excellent knowledge of mechanical and machining processes, purchased components, design and cost-saving practices, and ergonomics.
Education
- A college degree in mechanical engineering is advantageous, but not required.
- Applicable machine design experience is more important.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
