JOB SUMMARY: The Immunotherapy Technician I will work under the close supervision of the Immunotherapy Supervisor to produce customized immunotherapy treatments (allergy desensitization therapies) for animal patients. Responsibilities include aseptically filling immunotherapy vials, preparing products for final packaging and shipment, and supporting daily lab operations to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY: 35% of position responsibility

Performs aseptic hand filling operations

Prepares raw materials and filling operation set-up

Cleans/disinfects the production areas
LAB MAINTENANCE: 30% of position responsibility

Verifies components/raw materials
-
Orders and stocks supply
-
Inventories all of the department raw materials and products
- Keeps accurate records of all work performed
PACKOUT/SHIPPING: 30% of position responsibility

Labels product
- Packages finished product
Other duties as assigned: 5% of position responsibility
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s Degree in Science or medical technology or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
