Behavioral Services of Collier (BSC) is an agency that specializes in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. We treat children and young adults with a wide range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Disorder, Conduct Disorder, etc. We provide in-home and school/daycare-based Behavior Therapy.
The position comes with a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, and you are able to set your own schedule with clients. This is an independent contractor position and pay is based on reported hours.
Our agency is currently looking for RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our growing team! We have cases available and ready to start immediately!
Responsibilities and Duties
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients as directed in home, daycare, and school settings as needed
· Complete clinical data collection and daily paperwork in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner
· Track client's progress through data collection
· Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and Individual Treatment Plans correctly and as directed by supervising Lead Analyst
· Work as a team and collaborate with team members
· Provides assistance in training parents, teachers, and support staff in implementing treatment protocols.
· Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings
· Performs other duties as assigned or required.
·Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification (REQUIRED)
· Active Behavior Analysis Provider 39 Medicaid Provider # (PREFERRED)
