This is a commission-only role at 8% ($1,000–$1,200 per job) with zero cap on what you can earn. Typical reps bring in $52,000–$80,000 a year, but the ceiling is wherever you decide to put it. We protect your ramp with $500/week during your first 4 weeks of paid training, then it's all upside, driven entirely by what you close.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll knock doors, inspect homes for storm damage, and guide homeowners through restoring their roof, siding, and gutters, including walking them through the insurance claims process to maximize their coverage. Every day you'll:
- Find storm damage by inspecting roofs, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia
- Build trust with homeowners and turn a damaged roof into a solved problem
- Hit (and beat) your sales targets
- Sharpen your pitch every single week
We'll train you for success. No experience required, just the drive to use it.
Who We're Looking For

- Stay coachable and treat every week as a chance to get sharper
- Are comfortable on ladders and roofs (heights don't faze you)
- Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Can work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed

We're licensed, insured, and VSI certified, and we stay current on the latest installation techniques through the NRCA. We specialize in exterior restoration: roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia.
