Bloomster’s is a premier floral design studio known for its artistic, high-quality floral arrangements for weddings, events, and daily deliveries. We are seeking a talented and passionate Floral Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Create custom floral arrangements, event installations, and everyday designs to meet client specifications and Bloomster’s design standards.
- Work on-site at various venues for weddings, events, and installations.
- Safely transport, set up, and break down floral décor at off-site locations.
- Maintain and care for fresh flowers, plants, and floral tools.
- Assist with general shop duties including processing flowers, cleaning, and organizing work areas.
- Use ladders and power tools as required for large installations.
- Collaborate with the design team to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of floral design experience in a retail, studio, or event setting.
- Strong knowledge of floral care, design techniques, and current trends.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work comfortably on ladders.
- Willingness to work off-site at event venues and adapt to varying environments.
- Comfortable and safe handling of basic power tools (e.g., drills, clippers, saws).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management.
- Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Floral Design: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
