Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies using talent management platforms.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through onboarding, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and preparing employment contracts.
- Utilize research skills to identify market trends and talent pools in clinical staff recruitment, HR sourcing, and external recruiting channels.
- Build strong relationships with candidates through effective Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and social media management tools to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns and outreach efforts to engage passive candidates across various talent acquisition platforms.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law, employment law regulations, and HRIS systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR sourcing practices to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in client communication, employee relations, and negotiation strategies.
- Experience managing teams of recruiters or collaborating across departments to achieve hiring goals; familiarity with sales techniques like cold calling is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using human resources management systems.
- Ability to analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts affecting talent acquisition efforts.
