Carmela Coffee is seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Picker / Order Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, preparing customer orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, pays close attention to detail, and has a positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
Responsibilities
Receive and inspect deliveries from suppliers.
Organize and store products in warehouse racks and refrigerated/freezer storage areas.
Accurately pick and prepare customer orders according to packing lists.
Restock warehouse racks to ensure product availability.
Rotate inventory following FIFO practices when applicable.
Maintain inventory organization and proper product storage.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Assist with loading and unloading products.
Follow all food safety and warehouse procedures.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Basic understanding of the English language.
Previous warehouse, picking, stocking, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to work in refrigerated storage areas when needed.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
