SUMMARY:
We are looking to bring on one or two attorneys with experience in contracts, particularly with service contracts, to assist our client in onboarding of a CLM into Ironclad. CLM is necessary, but this is NOT a comprehensive contract review or revision process. It is more aligned with document review.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Upload current contracts to Ironclad
- Confirm that key contract clauses and data are being accurately identified and captured by the Ironclad AI tool.
SPECIFICS:
- Engagement will cover approximately 3,000 contracts over a period of 2 to 2.5 months
- 40 hour work weeks.
- Given the nature of the work, we believe individuals with relevant contract experience would be well-suited for the task.
