Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Escrow Assistant/Marketing Rep. In this energetic role, you will support escrow officers to ensure smooth and timely closings, you will contact Real Estate Agents to cultivate relationships & generate new business. The Escrow Assistant will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients while maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the escrow process.
Duties
- Initiate contact with Real Estate Agents, via phone calls, emails, in person to offer Escrow Services, set up appointments to meet with the Agents to development a rapport, work with the Agents to earn their business
- Assist escrow officers with preparing and reviewing escrow documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate communication between lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate timely processing of transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of marketing contacts, escrow transactions, including inbound and outbound correspondence, and transaction logs.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Customer Service
- Escrow experience preferred not required
- Marketing, New Business Development is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in all documentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, lenders, title companies, and internal teams to support smooth transaction flow.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn the world of Escrow
