Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Skills
- ABC Certification required
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Experience using Cake POS or similar point-of-sale systems a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of brewing methods and beer styles is a plus
- Familiarity with food service regulations and practices in the food industry
