Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality dental care to pediatric patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Perform dental procedures such as dental cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery with precision and care.
- Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging techniques to assess oral health and diagnose issues accurately.
- Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options in an engaging manner.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to ensure efficient workflow using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Maintain detailed medical records, dental documentation, and adhere to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare policies.
Requirements
- Valid license to practice dentistry with specialized certification in pediatric dentistry.
- Proven experience in pediatric dentistry, including knowledge of oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and general dentistry procedures.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge related to oral structures, and healthcare diagnosis processes.
- Ability to perform dental extractions safely and efficiently while demonstrating excellent patient care skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance with all applicable state healthcare regulations.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
