Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying tools, supplies, and materials to designated areas
- Help with demolition, excavation, and site grading activities as directed
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, following safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with crew members
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
- 2 Years prior experience in construction or industrial labor, valid driver’s license, OSHA safety certification
- Footing work including excavation, forming, and concrete prep experience a plus
- Office build‑outs including framing, drywall, basic carpentry experience a plus
