Your Duties as a Unit Manager:
- Managing clinical operations and staffing on your unit
- Reviewing and updating resident care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Mentoring nursing staff and addressing performance concerns proactively
- Serving as a point of contact for residents, families, and attending physicians
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy
