Sales Representative – Kansas City Area- Base Salary plus commission
Location: Must reside in the Kansas City area (our office is based in Lee’s Summit, MO)

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales goals and quotas
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships
- Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Resolve client concerns effectively while maintaining the company’s strong reputation
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (promotional sales, digital media, or event experience required)
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation principles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university preferred
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, print media, event management or B2B sales (with an existing book of business) is a plus
