FamilyFirst Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our growing home care team. This position is ideal for an RN looking for flexible hours and a supportive work environment while helping oversee quality non-medical home care services for clients in the community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits
- Review and approve care plans
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers/home health aides
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Ohio regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Assist with staff training and competency evaluations
- Communicate with clients, families, and office staff regarding care needs
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN License
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Home care or healthcare experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and professionally
