Toastique is a gourmet toast, juice, smoothie, and coffee bar opening our first Arizona location in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley! We’re a health-conscious, fast casual restaurant dedicated to bringing fresh, flavorful, and wholesome foods to our community — and we’re looking for passionate, positive people to join our founding team.
As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of what makes Toastique special. You’ll prepare beautiful toasts, smoothies, bowls, and coffee, provide an exceptional guest experience, and help create a warm, upbeat environment where both customers and teammates thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Take guest orders with accuracy and enthusiasm using the POS system
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, toasts, and coffee with consistency, speed, and care
- Maintain clean and organized stations, including front of house and restrooms
- Restock products and supplies to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with prep, juicing, dishes, deliveries, and general cleaning
- Follow food safety guidelines and FIFO procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members, shift leads, and managers
- Deliver outstanding service and contribute to a positive team culture
