Campus Teams Manager — Snow Scholars (As Seen on Shark Tank)
About Us Snow Scholars is a student-powered snow shoveling company featured on ABC's Shark Tank and backed by entrepreneur Mark Cuban. We hire college students to run real snow removal businesses on their campuses, giving them hands-on leadership, marketing, and operations experience that sets them apart in any career. As we scale across 15 universities, we're looking for a driven Campus Teams Manager to oversee it all.
The Role As a Campus Teams Manager, you won't be on the ground recruiting, you'll be the person making sure everything runs. You'll oversee 1–3 Campus Managers per university across a portfolio of 4 campuses, holding each one accountable to their targets, coaching them through challenges, and ensuring every campus is operationally ready when snow hits. This is a management and enforcement role: you set the standard, monitor performance, and step in when things fall short.

- Ensure each Campus Manager is building and maintaining a network of 50–75 student shovelers, 25 core adult shovelers, and 125+ homeowner customers
- Conduct weekly 20-minute back-to-back check-in meetings with each Campus Manager to review performance, address challenges, and keep deliverables on track
- Hold Campus Managers accountable to their responsibilities, take corrective action when performance standards aren't met
Training & Development
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to Campus Managers on shoveler recruitment, onboarding processes, and student engagement strategies
- Refine staff training materials, customer service communication systems, and day-to-day operational procedures
- Establish clear expectations, culture, and standards of accountability across all campuses
Operations & Oversight
- Monitor campus performance metrics including shoveler recruitment progress, marketing distribution, customer acquisition, route fulfillment, and overall operational readiness
- Enforce company systems, procedures, and reporting standards
- Oversee Campus Manager time efficiency and ensure no payment fraud is taking place
- Identify and solve operational and communication bottlenecks to increase snow-clearing speed and improve customer response times
Storm Readiness
- Prepare campuses for snowfall operations by coordinating storm readiness across all locations

Compensation
- $25–$30 per hour
- Bonus incentives tied to campus performance milestones
Schedule
- August 15 – April 15
- 5–40 hours per week (varies by season and storm activity)
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage people, enforce accountability, and drive results
- Self-starter who can oversee multiple teams simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Comfortable conducting regular performance reviews and having direct, corrective conversations
- Experience in management, operations, or team leadership preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly during high-pressure situations (i.e., active snowstorms)
Perks
- Hands-on experience managing a multi-campus operation backed by a nationally recognized brand
