Green Garden is a Seattle-based landscaping company serving residential, HOA, and commercial properties across the city. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Member who wants to be part of a team that does quality work and takes the job seriously.
What you'll do
- Work alongside a lead and crew to complete daily maintenance routes on schedule and to quality standards
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general property cleanup
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct when on client properties
- Follow safety protocols and proper equipment use at all times
- Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition
- Communicate openly with your lead and support the team through the day
What we're looking for
- Valid driver's license preferred; reliable transportation required
- At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or a similar outdoor labor role
- Ability to operate standard maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Familiarity with Pacific Northwest plants and seasonal conditions is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to take direction and work as part of a team
