Damson Service Center is hiring technicians. Must have own tools, valid driver’s license and pass background check, and drug test. Five years’ experience required. Electrical diagnostic required, oscilloscope training and understanding required. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and other vehicle systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery to execute repairs efficiently.
- Service various vehicle systems including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), vehicle maintenance routines, and electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical problems effectively.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and communicate repair findings clearly with customers.
- Assist in vehicle inspections, wheel alignments, brake repairs, and general maintenance to uphold high standards of automotive service.
Experience
- Proven dealership or service center experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair across various makes and models.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, schematics, ADAS calibration, and diagnostic procedures.
- Experience working on GM vehicles or similar brands is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, transmissions, welding techniques, and auto estimating software is preferred.
- Service technician experience combined with excellent customer service skills is highly valued.

- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to problem solve to highest degree. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Tire installation and balancing will be required.
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
