Hampton Hall Club is seeking a reliable, friendly, and attentive Part-Time Traffic Controller to assist our Security team in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming arrival experience at our front gate.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with people, and helping keep traffic flowing smoothly during our busiest morning hours. The Traffic Controller serves as a visible ambassador for the Club by providing courteous direction to members, guests, vendors, and visitors while supporting Security operations.

Assist with maintaining an orderly and efficient flow of vehicle traffic at the front entrance.

Direct vehicles to the appropriate lane based on Security procedures.

Politely redirect vehicles that are not prepared to enter or require additional assistance.

Help minimize gaps between vehicles to improve traffic flow.

Ensure the Member lane remains clear and accessible.

Guide vehicles with valid RFID access to the appropriate entry lane.

Communicate effectively with Security staff regarding traffic conditions or issues.

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Report any safety concerns or unusual activity to Security personnel promptly.

Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.

Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with members, guests, and vendors.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Prior traffic control, security, parking attendant, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
