We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional with experience in construction or insulation sales who can help us grow our commercial/residential division—developing relationships with homebuilders, general contractors, and large-volume accounts.
This role is perfect for someone who’s not just great at closing, but thrives on building long-term partnerships and understands the value of doing business the right way.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage a pipeline of contractors, builders, and commercial opportunities
- Establish and nurture accounts with homebuilding companies and GC firms
- Represent Insulmax at job sites, walkthroughs, bids, and industry events
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure flawless project execution
- Track leads, follow up consistently, and close high-value deals
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in insulation or construction sales is a must
- Existing relationships in the local construction industry is a huge plus
- Proven ability to develop new business and close deals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and excited to grow with a winning team
