Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

PART TIME with flexible day options - 4:30pm to 10:30p

Light bartending, light cooking, and cashier duties - Full training provided

Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly

Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions

Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed

Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients

Communicates orders to the kitchen promptly and with accuracy

Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
-
Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas
-
Delivers room service orders as needed

Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members

Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency

Assists in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department

Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
