The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment supporting environmentally controlled archival facilities.

High school diploma or equivalent.

EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.

Minimum of three (3) years commercial HVAC experience.

Knowledge of chilled water and air distribution systems.

Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment.

Maintain HVAC equipment and controls.

Perform preventive maintenance.

Repair air handling units and associated equipment.

Diagnose equipment failures.

Monitor system performance.
