We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and modernization of our global IT infrastructure environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of systems that support our global manufacturing operations.
- Lead the design, operation, and long-term strategy of global infrastructure (cloud, networks, data centers, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery)
- Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and network transformation
- Ensure high availability and performance to support 24/7 global manufacturing operations
- Oversee cybersecurity practices, incident response, and risk mitigation
- Manage global infrastructure vendors, budgets, and service delivery
- Lead and develop a global team of infrastructure professionals
- 5-7 years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure in a multi-site or global environment
- Proven experience with data centers, networks, cloud services, virtualization, storage, and security.
- Demonstrated success with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- Background supporting manufacturing environments is strongly preferred
- Experience with budget management, lifecycle planning, and infrastructure modernization.
