Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working with clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice, and perform residential construction tasks in coordination with customer and company expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent communication skills, and capable of performing all work necessary in the residential construction field
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their home repair and maintenance needs and objectives.
- Conduct on-site assessments to gather detailed information on the scope of the project.
- Provide expert advice to the homeowner
- Complete the quoted work this includes having the skills to perform carpentry work, light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, painting, and lots of other handyman type of work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize company software
- 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably within the residential remodeling, construction, or home improvement industry.
- In-depth understanding of remodeling processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
