Job Summary: FULL TIME POSITION ON-SITE
Position Requirements:
- Assist in preparing HVAC and mechanical construction estimates.
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for ductwork, piping, equipment, and related materials.
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support bid proposal preparation and project budgeting.
- Maintain estimating databases and project records.
- Work closely with senior estimators, project managers, and field teams.
- Purchasing / Submission Process.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0–3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, estimating, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Bluebeam or estimating software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Benefits:
