Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead and supervise the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change, promote skill acquisition, and enhance overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implements applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques while designing, overseeing, and modifying behavior intervention plans based on data collection, progress monitoring, and individual client needs to support skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions to clients across various settings, ensuring patient care is delivered with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches and maximize client outcomes.
- Provides ongoing parent and caregiver training while communicating behavioral intervention progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Teach specific skills required for skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
- Maintains accurate and detailed medical records, progress notes, and required documentation, ensuring timely completion and distribution to appropriate parties.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA Board Certification
- Masters Degree
- Ability to use data collection software such as Catalyst and Central Reach.

Pay: $89,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
