CG Smith Academy is seeking a dedicated and professional teacher to educate students in grades K-5 across various subjects. The ideal candidate will foster academic, social, and emotional growth through individualized lesson plans, regular assessment of student progress, and constructive feedback to both students and parents.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating and implementing tailored lesson plans.
Assessing and monitoring student progress.
Providing feedback to students and parents.
Establishing a positive and engaging learning environment.
Managing classroom behavior effectively.
Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience teaching children with special needs, specifically emotional/behavioral needs.
Multi-grade level teaching experience is advantageous.
The teacher will perform all duties in alignment with the school's mission, vision, and values.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
