Compensation:
Associate Therapists: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, $4437.33 to $5546.67 depending on experience and clinical supervision hours needed (salary calculation based on 32 hour work week)
Licensed Therapists: $45.00 to $65.00 per hour. $6240.00.00 to $ 9013.33 approximately per month (30-32 hour work week)

Requirements:
Licensure: Must be fully licensed as an LMFT or LCSW in California, OR a Registered Associate (AMFT/ACSW/APCC) with less than 2000 hours of clinical supervision remaining.
Credentialing: Willingness to undergo a 60-90 day credentialing process to join MBO insurance panels (covered by MBO).
Minimum Hours: At least 27 hours per week for full-time status, or 15 hours per week for part-time status.
Holistic Practice: Preferred but not required—experience with at least one integrative mental health modality.
Open-Mindedness: Must be open to integrative mental health practices and have a coachable, positive attitude.
Commute: Commute to offices should be no more than 45 minutes.
In-Person Requirement: Must be willing to work face-to-face at one of our office locations at least twice per week.

Core Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to clients, utilizing both integrative/holistic and traditional therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and Mindfulness.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required for licensure.
