Compensation:
$150,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:-
Participate in pre-licensing and pre-training sessions to build foundational skills

Learn to communicate effectively with clients and guide them through real estate processes

Attend coaching meetings, group training, and daily accountability sessions

Learn to use KW systems, tools, and models for productivity and organization

Develop professional habits that support consistent activity and long-term growth

Transition into active production once licensed, with support from the coaching team
Qualifications:-
Active real estate license or currently enrolled in approved pre-licensing coursework
