SeniorLimo Business Presence Management System™ is expanding its network of independent Business Development Concierges in Boulder City, Nevada.
This is a commission-based independent-contractor opportunity—not an hourly or salaried position. It is designed for motivated people who want to develop local business accounts and build monthly residual income.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify independent local businesses
- Take clear exterior photographs using your phone
- Help gather basic information about each business
- Meet business owners and conduct a guided discovery conversation
- Present the professionally prepared Business Review
- Attend the closing call while our senior closer helps close the account
- Maintain relationships with the businesses you help bring aboard

COMPENSATION
New Business Development Concierges begin at 20% commission on the setup payment and monthly Partner Support payment for accounts they actively help develop and close.
As you develop your discovery, presentation, follow-up, and closing skills, your commission may advance to 25% and then 30%.
Our primary Business Presence Pro™ Partner Plan currently includes an $899 setup payment and $599 monthly Partner Support payment.
At the starting 20% commission level, one completed account can generate:
- $179.80 from the setup payment
- $119.80 in monthly residual commission while the account remains active and the required service continues
The advertised compensation range is an estimate, not guaranteed pay. Actual earnings depend on completed sales, active accounts, commission level, continued account service, and individual performance.
