Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, a family-owned and operated dealership, is seeking a driven, technology-focused Used Car Sales Professional who understands today’s digital buyer and knows how to use CRM tools to consistently deliver results.
This role is for a professional salesperson who follows process, embraces technology, and takes ownership of their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert leads using the dealership CRM system
- Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities
- Follow structured CRM workflows, follow-up processes, and sales standards
- Guide customers through the full used vehicle purchase experience with transparency and confidence
- Maintain accurate customer notes, tasks, and pipeline activity in the CRM
- Use digital tools such as texting, email, video, and online vehicle presentations
- Build repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships
- Stay knowledgeable on used inventory, pricing, and market trends
- Surveys? Not worried about them in this role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in used vehicle sales
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (DealerSocket, VinSolutions, CDK, or similar)
- Comfortable with technology and digital retailing tools
- Disciplined with follow-up and time management
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Professional, coachable, and accountable
- Team-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed

Pay: $75,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
