Job Summary
The BDC Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Business Development Center. This role ensures accurate lead management, CRM integrity, reporting, and process compliance to support sales performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute inbound leads through the CRM system
- Maintain accurate customer records and data integrity
- Monitor BDC call activity, appointments, and follow-ups
- Process applications fully and send to our Underwriting department
- Follow up on lead response times and appointment show rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of administrative, CRM, or BDC experience (automotive preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (NEO & IDMS)
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with call tracking
- Knowledge of sales KPIs and BDC performance metrics
