What You Will Do
As a Banquet Set Up Attendant you will
-
Set up tables chairs linens and staging according to event specifications
-
Review banquet event orders to ensure accurate room layouts
-
Adjust room configurations as needed for different events
-
Assist with basic audio visual setup when required
-
Break down events and reset rooms for future use
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and storage areas
-
Move furniture and equipment safely and efficiently
-
Support the team to ensure events run smoothly
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking team members who are:

Reliable and able to work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Detail oriented and able to follow instructions and diagrams

Strong team players with good communication skills

Organized and able to manage time effectively

Willing to perform physically demanding tasks

Preferred
- Previous banquet or event setup experience
Certifications Requirement
Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
Must obtain Alcohol Server Certification if required by role or location
Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions
This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to:

Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift

Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 75 pounds tables chairs and equipment

Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting

Work safely in a fast paced environment

Handle equipment and cleaning chemicals safely

Maintain stamina during long event setup and breakdown shifts
